Coach Rexford is partnering with Full Court Peace to create a trip to the Wind River Indian Reservation in Wyoming.

Full Court Peace is a publicly registered 501(c)3 nonprofit, with a mission to increase access to youth sports for underserved communities in the US and abroad. Founded in 2006, FCP has worked in ten different countries and seven different states. The organization is governed by a three-person board of directors and a volunteer executive director; the EIN is 27-1107358.
FCP began its relationship with Native Americans in 2019, bringing groups of kids and chaperones to the Wind River Native American Reservation to repair outdoor basketball courts and support the general needs of the Native basketball community. The organization has run seven trips to the Reservation; ongoing, year-round programming is run by our partners on the ground, The Foundations for Nations group. FCP is a non-religious organization and this trip is a sports diplomacy trip, free of any religious components.
For the first time in its history, FCP will bring lacrosse to a community in need from August 10-15, 2025. The price range for this trip is $2,300-$2,500 and includes airfare, meals, lodging and transportation. There is a 16-passenger limit for this trip.
The trip consists of daily lacrosse teaching to young Native kids and adults, a deep-dive into Native culture and customs, light manual labor to repair fields and courts, and, before departure, the collection of gently used lacrosse equipment to be donated on the trip. Here is an award-winning documentary made about FCP’s work on the Reservation.
Accommodation, most meals and activities outside of the Reservation take place in and around Lander, WY and include white water rafting, hiking, the attendance to Native Powwows and more. Groups stay at The Inn at Lander; travel is booked on JetBlue from the NYC area through Salt Lake City, where the group travels north via large passenger vans to Wind River.
